Conveyor Rollers

Our conveyor rollers are sourced from the UK and Europe and are of the highest quality.

We have hundreds of conveyor rollers in stock for immediate dispatch for some of the most common machines; Extec/Sandvik, Pegson, Powerscreen, Wirtgen, etc. In addition to plain rollers we also have rubber-covered impact, return, beater and guide rollers. Return rollers with rubber discs prevent product build up. We can supply some of the more uncommon types such as light duty plastic or stainless steel construction for a wide range of industries.

Non stock items can be copied or produced from drawings, with minimum quantities as low as a single roller. Effective sealing and lubrication prevent dust and water ingress leading to long working life for all our conveyor rollers.

Modern precision machinery and computer aided production ensures our rollers outlast similar looking Far Eastern imports. A a worn or jammed roller can cause premature wear and failure of a conveyor belt, a replacement of a few pounds can run into thousands. Working  closely with manufacturers, we are able to offer good technical support when trouble shooting. We strive, as with all our products, to match or surpass the quality of the OEM rollers.
