Belting

With the combination of high speed, small pulleys and abrasive material being flung from the drum, road planers are very hard on belts.

Whilst all belting may look the same, cheap grades do not have the same wear properties and wont last when carrying the planings when compared to top quality belt with a high abrasion resistance.

We pride ourselves on being the only company in the UK to offer replacement belts for Wirtgen planers to the correct OEM specifications sourcing all our belts from the same two European factories they do.

With several kilometres of belt in stock we are able to offer the correct 15, 25 or 32mm chevron at short notice.

Using techniques we have perfected over twenty years, we are able to hot vulcanise almost all road planer belts in situ. This eliminates around two days down time for the machine when compared with the removal of the conveyor/s required to fit an endless belt. We also supply endless belts for the smaller W35 machine as well as the larger machines if required.
