Flexco® Size 190E - Box 25
The Flexco® Bolt Solid Plate Fastening System produces a strong, sift-free splice with superior holding ability thanks to a combination of top-and-bottom plate compression and high-tensile-strength bolts.
Suitable for belt thicknesses from 8mm to 14mm the Size 190 is ideal for both clip joints and repairing tears.
Recommended min. pulley dia. 460mm (18”) although commonly used on drums as small as 300mm.
Also available in buckets of 100 (190C).
As well as steel, these clips are available in wear resistant MegAlloy® and non-magnetic, non-sparking Everdur®
Installation tools:
HP1 punch, HW1 Wrench, Quick change chuck, 190 template, 110 Bolt breakers
